Low Tide Social

Join us Friday night for a low-country celebration curated by Charleston natives and festival power duo, Shovels & Rope, to kick off the festival weekend! This event includes a low country boil from The Smoking Pot, fresh oysters courtesy of Seaborn Oyster Company, delectable desserts, and specialty cocktails crafted by a few of Charleston’s most celebrated bartenders, not to mention a musical performance by Shrimp Records Family Band and guests!

Low Tide Social takes place on Friday, April 12th on Quarter H Lawn at Riverfront Park. Doors open and dinner’s served at 6PM. A musical performance by Shrimp Records Family Band will begin at 6:30PM. Please note – Low Tide Social tickets are sold as an add-on to your High Water weekend pass and will be available to the public starting Friday, February 22nd.

Attendees will enjoy a low country boil from The Smoking Pot, fresh oysters courtesy of Seaborn Oyster Company, delectable desserts, and specialty cocktails crafted by a few of Charleston’s most celebrated bartenders.

Continuing the tradition in showcasing the finest of our musical community here in our hometown, Garage Cuban Band will be back to get asses shaking, while new to the Low Tide stage – The Marshgrass Mamas, a bluegrass collective of badass women of all ages from across the Charleston area, will be on hand as well. Headlining the event, per usual, will be the rock n roll avengers of the musical south, The Shrimp Records Family Band. And, don’t be surprised if you see some notable musical guests popping in for a song or two in one or more of the evening’s bands.
